Cock Hotel B 1 Fox Inn 3
really could've gone either way. I was impressed with the young lad H, one to watch.

I was impressed with the young lad H, one to watch. Told ya Johnny, not just me who thinks that! ;) In other news, Exiles and Cock 'A' drew 2-2 8-)

Great performance from our team on Monday, especially Stew with 6k.
bigstew - I said he was coming on leaps and bounds last time I played at the Cock, though he still has a long way to go!
The general topic was to do with young BB players in our county. With Northants talking about a county B side, plus the resurrection of the inter C team. It would be a good idea to give the younger members in our league the chance to prosper (only if they desire to) on the bigger stage.
Players like: Harry Shaun Sam (if he decides to play when he's back) Stephen Stew Johnny plus more....
It's a good youthful squad of players in my opinion. 8-)

I'm inclined to agree. I think, with the names listed, you would make a formidable Inter Area side and should give it serious consideration.

It's also exactly what the C team shield was invented for - to encourage young players into the area/county arena. I will look forward to your entry in January.... ;D ;D cheers Tony

Well it's up to bigstew of course being the captain. 8-)
I only just realised last night, my bloody college course means i can't enter doubles or singles this year >:( >:( guess Jel has a sigh of relief ;D
So anybody wanting to partner quagmire is more than welcome to, would be a worthy partner to anybody!
Along the lines of the youth C team shield, is it possible to hold a county champs for younger players with an agreed age restriction?
