Hi All,
After a meeting tonight with The Merton, for those of you that have booked to stay over the weekend and more specifically, the Sunday evening, I have been asked to highlight that so far, nobody has taken up the offer of the Sunday lunch.
This may be intentional, however, if not, don't panic, you can still book up when you check into the hotel upon your arrival. For those of you that haven't booked yet, if you do require the Sunday lunch then mention this upon you booking so that you pay for it within your room price.
Room prices are as follows:
Single room: £56.00 Twin/Double room: £71.50 Sunday accommodation with Sunday lunch included will be £106.50 per room for the evening instead of the above prices.
If you have any questions on the above then let me know.
Cheers Sean

Cheers Sean I made an enquiry re B & B today and got a reply from the Merton. There was no mention of an offer on for Sunday Lunch, so perhaps it is not the fault of the JBBL for not pushing it :o :o :o The Sunday lunches are always well supported as they are good value for the money :D However there is a lot of competition on the Island with the Tennerfest menus still running, so it is up the the Hotel to be proactive and competitive price wise, to tempt people to stay there and spend. It all depends on the weather sometimes as we all know walking around St Helier on a rainy Sunday is not much fun ::)
