Not a lot on our last match, we were always going to finish mid-table. But the Oak couldn't afford to go down by too many, and found a saviour in Martin Greenaway who played twice and won both - though John and Josie both had their chances.
Old Oak A 3, South Park Con Club B 2
Graham Holman 1390, tommo 8390 Martin Greenaway 3430, John Turner 1360 Sharron Balcombe 580, BB Reaper 5620 Richard Plaw 7670, Dave Snashfold 1280 Martin Greenaway 4420, Josie 910
And this is the most up-to-date League table I can find anywhere at present, which seems to be four weeks behind. ::)

Okay have managed to obtain this from Jason (Wadsworth) - which is the League table as up-to-date as it can be, with a few remaining results to trickle in :
TEAM PLD HOME AWAY DRAWN POINTS FLYING SCUD 16 29 23 0 52.0 STH PK CC A 15 24 23 0 47.0 MERSTHAM VC B 15 27 16 0 43.0 STH PK CC B 16 23 19 0 42.0 FRENCHES A 15 19 22 0 41.0 HOLLAND CLUB 16 21 16 0 37.0 OLD OAK A 16 21 14 0 35.0 HORLEY CC B 16 15 13 0 28.0 OLD OAK B 15 16 9 0 25.0
With the Flying Scud losing their last match 2-3 away to Holland Club, the door is open for South Park A to tie for the Championship - but only if they whitewashed Old Oak B. The other result to come in is Frenches Club A v Merstham VC B.

South Park CC A could only win 4-1 against the bottom team, Ray Ongley taking a frame for Old Oak B. This means that...........
[glow=red,2,300]FLYING SCUD WIN THE LEAGUE !!![/glow]
Congratulations to their team, consisting of : Geoff Jukes (P16, W12); Jason Wadsworth (P16, W11); Simon Tinto (P16, W9); Colin Robbins (P16, W8) and Cliff Weyland (P6, W3). This does not add up to their 52 points, of course, and the reason for the anomaly is that Cliff was only signed on to play towards the end. Which means that 9 points were earned by doubling up (under the 4-player rule) but did not count towards the players' records.
