I thought I'd try again - only earlier for this year!! Thanks. The AGM is normally in August (Date not confirmed Yet) The league secretary needs to have all proposals in 2 weeks prior to the AGM. :-*

This will avoid unnecessary debating on the forum, which is the business of the AGM. Thanks.

Thank you Ian for highlighting my point! What is the correct channel? Email, letter? Smoke signal?

Thank you Ian for highlighting my point! What is the correct channel? Email, letter? Smoke signal? Well, written, as in letter form, word doc attached to an email, snail mail, or handed to a committee member.

Sorry, one last question.
What are the restrictions within the league on who can propose and second items for discussion at the AGM?

Anybody in the league can make a proposal or second one. ( Obviously you can not second your own )
As once it has been seconded and been forwarded to the league secretary it will then be put on the agm agenda to be discussed etc... ;D
Any proposals though like you would like a bye to all finals will be excluded :P ;D

Does that mean: Any registered player (not all committee members are players after all)? Anyone with some involvement or interest in the league (such as Mrs C who works tirelessly to improve the viability and return of the raffle at the Jim Wilson event?? Anyone - mean literally anyone? Please clarify.
