Great set of minutes - thanks to Lorin et al. 8-) They make good reading and contain a couple of surprises, suggest everyone become acquainted with them ! ;D
One little thing I've spotted - BIOC Ladies is listed as being on 12th April......this should of course be 12th May.

Rule book has been updated with the 2012 confirmation of the pairs break order.
Could one of the ranking committee give me the latest version of the ranking rules as I believe the rule book is out of date.

Just read the minutes which are very clear and precise.
I like the idea of a publicity offer, that post gets my full support. I have some specific suggestions of what the role could en tale, but I will leave that for another time.
I regret that I was not able to attend the meeting myself, but one suggestion would be that next year the AGM is publicized a little more widely. Maybe I missed something or have been out of the loop for too long, but by the time I found out the deadline for submitting proposals it was too late for me to formulate and pass one along. Given the importance of the meeting and the excellent discussions that appear to take place, is there some kind of "formal" invite that gets sent to leagues, counties etc? If not then I feel this is something worth looking at.
But again, I apologize as I may have been out of the loop for too long.

Hi Glenn, the dates for the AGM have been in calendar on here and on the AEBBA Website for quite a while, so perhaps you have been out of the loop for too long..... although I agree that it would be nice if some form of notice was given "officially" to the affiliated Counties. However, perhaps it would be better if the Counties (and their Leagues within them) were more proactive themselves and added an item on the Agenda's for their AGM's relating to matters that they wish to propose to AEEBA and send those through nice and early to make sure that they are included at the AEBBA AGM.... that would give more time for thought and discussion about the proposals rather than the usual last-minute rush. ;D
