Jase is working away I believe and our match has been postponed. No idea of a rearrangement yet.
Watch this space :) Mick.

I know its a bit delayed but I thought I would say well done to Sean and Gary who beat me and Charlie last wednesday. Well played chaps, a good break by Sean swung the game and a nerveless finish by Gary, when we still had a chance, ended it. Good luck in the next round boys.
On a personal note, in my last 5 matches of billiards, I have gone out of 4 competitions :o :o I'll get me coat :'(

Stephen & Lorin scraped through to the semi final after a close fought game against Jim and Dave.
The table at The Headlands got the better of both teams which meant scoring was limited to low hundreds rather than thousands each visit.
With a 1010 deficit and then the scores level in leg 2 it looked for all the world that Stephen and Lorin were out. But a remarkable 2k break at the very end saw the Fox pair through.

Well done to Dave and Alan who also got through.
Just the big game to be settled before the semi final lineup is complete.

Andy Chambers + Jason Neal v Lorin Clough + Stephen Coleman Dave Wilton + Alan Taylor v Jason Dunkley + Jon Coe Andy & Jase eased past Stephen & Lorin despite a brief late scare. Jason & Jon won through against Dave & Alan The favourites Andy & Jason were just too strong in the final despite a fine effort from Jason & Jon.
