Hi All,
As of Monday evening I have now left all of the billiards teams that I currently play for. Recent events have shown me what is important to me in my life and I have decided to take a break from Billiards and concentrate more on my Bonfire Society commitments, family and friends.
I am currently signed up for a few Opens this year but I will not be attending any of them.
I have some great memories of the last few years and it has been great getting to know a lot of you ;D
All the best. Ron Sheridan

Very sorry to hear that Ron, we've all been there at some time and good luck in the future. It was a pleasure meeting you at Oxford and Bournemouth.

Definitely playing Opens had helped to fine-tune your game, judging by the tonking you gave me in the recent Mid Sussex Masters. Sorry to see you go. Take care, tommo

Sorry to hear that Ron, even if it is an interesting way to let the rest of your team know that you are leaving. :-X
Good luck with your other commitments, hope you get things sorted out and return to the game at some time in the future.... ;)

Goodbye Ron and offer my best wishes for the future, and hope that we meet again someday.
With luck you will decide to pick up your BB cue again :)

Thats a bit of a shock. Only you know what is right for you I understand your frustration as we have spoken on a few occaisions your are a competitive person who wants to do well.
I have enjoyed playing with you both at the Dun Horse & Interleague. I hope the break is a short one and you come back and enjoy the game again.
Best regards. Ian.
