Can anyone help.
I have a Panasonic video camera but it saves files in the MTS format which wont play on media player. I did have a file converter but it was a trial version which has expired.
Does anybody have any recommendations on either a player or file converter which is free and works.

Depends on you opsys Ian, are you on XPee I guess? Media Player plays them under Windoze 7 Try VLC Player, that's what I use for lots of weird formats. www.videolan.org/It's free. Sav

Thanks both I was looking for something that had been ued before there are a lot of trial versions out there.i'm on wonderfull vista I will try vlc player as have heard of that before.

I have Downloaded VLC Player and it plays the files well.
For what I need it should be good enough. ;D
