Hi Chris, Well the Interleague challenge will once more be Eastbourne v Crawley to maintain perpetuity. And on the basis of having Eastbourne content your team are the prime opposition and we will pick from Dun Horse/Stout House/Windmill for the Crawley team. Whether or not you allow Gandalf and the 'Hastings contingent' to join you is a matter for conjecture !

Looks like the bull will be up for the rematch on 2nd, will confirm shortly regs cs Great. Looks like we'll have to get some discussion going then during the second half regarding availability of players/team selection, and also the venue. Rgds tommo The Dun Horse has been provisionally booked for Sept 2nd for the Crawley v Eastbourne return Interleague challenge. Stu not available so Crawley team will be (from) P.Jobbins (capt), I.Giffen, R.Spurrier, S.Hopkins, S.Jones, A.Franks, M.Holmwood and C.Thompson.

Northants On TourWell today is the big day for some The day the Bay Horse players get drunk and some players get to play on a narrow table for the first time. The result doesn't matter as long as everyone has fun and Al gets to drink plenty of black stuff and I think we may run a book on how many times he goes off to feed the cats

I supplied it to you separately at last year's interleague game. It may still be in an old jacket pocket !

Good evening, your "nominated" captain here: our Crawley side looks fine to me, we'll aim for a 7-30 or thereabouts start (7 games). Looking forward to seeing you at the Dun on Tuesday.

Looking forward to a banter filled evening with some great matches, have postponed my holiday to fit this match in Bring it on Crawley, you've a lot better chance this year than last, but the cleaver money is ..... in my pocket unless your skipper was to use it on the wager of the proverbial pint on the result? regs cs

Yes we were well and truly mullered and well done to Eastbourne. Chris Haynes was the star of the show, recovering well from a bit of a 'mare of a league season. The Dun Horse table played excellently, a lot truer and faster than when we played it last: thank you to Sparky for preparing it so well, even if it did rather expose our shortcomings! At least Sammy managed to save Crawley's blushes. It's been a fun season once more, and again we're grateful to the boys from East Sussex who came over to play each week, using the Bull as a home venue. And of course to the lads from Dun Horse, Stout House and Windmill Cy who've completed a second year's service.......maybe we'll get enough next year to form a second division. Team photos from the evening: Winners Eastbourne; Runners-up Crawley A presentation of league awards followed, in line with the following roll of honour: League Champions: Bull A (six bottle of ale) Runners-up: Windmill GG Best Performance 2014: Tony Franks (P16,W15) Highest Away Break: Phil Osborne (2320) Highest Home Score: Phil Osborne (6490)

Crawley vs Eastbourne 4-pin inter league last PM: scores already posted (thanks Colin), I'd just like to add: the whole thing went really well. Good games, good karma, lots of music and banter. Well done to Clive for organizing a "something different" summer comp as well as providing mementos and prize. This one-off I/L. was a nice way to round off the summer season, hope we do it again next year.
