Laughing Fish W 2 - 3 Glynde Club
Les Whiteman 100 v 9860 Phil Osbourne Henry Brooks 16,510 v 220 Colin Southouse Andy Brooks 390 v 11640 Mike Daw Jim Ashford 5240 v 2970 Sandy Harmer Ray Carpenter 320 v 11970 Chris Turner
All the games going with the break tonight Henry gave me a couple of chances but I was playing like my old school buddy Billy Sollocks ( he gets around on the bb scene quite a lot). Well done to Jim Ashford who I believe achieved a seasons PB tonight. We will have to concentrate on the runners up spot this year, but will be going for it next year.
Congratulations to the K's on winning the League this year

A nice selection of sandwiches and chips. Very pleased to have won the Lewes League title again and would like to say a really big thank you to all of my team mates for their wonderful support this year, especially our reserves who have willingly stepped in during the course of the season after we sadly lost Bill.... this year was for him, always in our thoughts.

I had to laugh when I read the home page of the Lewes website this week.... www.lewesbarbilliards.org.uk/I was trying to work out this statement.... League season 2014/15 League week 17: Glynde could secure the league title this week with a good result at the Black Horse, but Glynde and the Hikers Rest may still spoil the party. .... I think that the Kippers spoiled the party on this occasion.

Hi BBW Think you've got Glynde on the brain, unless its been edited by Tengu But it was always going to be tough competing with the K's, we hope to make a better fist of it next season, with our team beginning to play to its potential again. it's always nice to have a decent target to aim at, and you are quite a big target BBW

Hi BBW Think you've got Glynde on the brain, unless its been edited by Tengu Yes, Tengu has worked his magic on the front page of the website and edited it to what should have been there. But it was always going to be tough competing with the K's, we hope to make a better fist of it next season, with our team beginning to play to its potential again. it's always nice to have a decent target to aim at, and you are quite a big target BBW I think that the entire Lewes League has been much more competitive this season and that can only be a good thing with more good players now playing regularly and also helping some of the newer players to improve their game. Long may it continue.
