We've just spent the most incredible and amazing day at the Bay playing bar billiards with the Northants mob, I've no idea what the final score of the match was,,,, but that was no problem because all from the bay had a great time with far too much beer sunk. I do remember Al getting the highest break of the day, 4020 I think, well I know it was over 4k. The day was enjoyed by all I hope and bar billiards was played in the true spirit with everyone having a laugh. A great big thank you to the bay for the food and also an even bigger thakyou to northants for makking the trip down and playing some good billiards in between all the drinking. It was such a pleasure for us Suffolk brigade to be among friends playing a sporting game. Now just gotta get up and be back to the bay by noon for the presentations and even more beer.
Once again,,,,, Thank you to everyone from Northants
A very dwunk Dave

Ok found some screwed up paper so here goes
Al/Brendon 2727 Simon/Michelle 1040
Jeremy/Dave 2450 Tony/Damian 840
Steve/Del 2400 Stephen/Sophie 1370
Brendon 1680 Sophie 760
Dave 2590 Simon 1360
Al 5860 Michelle 290
Del 1460 Stephen 1440
Steve Nil Damian 2290
Jeremy 5210 Tony 270
Results after that are very hazzy I do seem to remember Steve play a game one handed but to be honest the scores and results meant nothing, it was all about having fun and drinking lots which we all achieved

We did have a trophy for the highest break scored by an away player, unfortunately we don't know who won it so with Simon and Stephen both claiming it we left them to fight it out between themselves, I would guess Stephen now has it, although the plonker did manage to leave his cue case out all night and lose his cue, that's what happens when you come to the bay, you get pissed

A very enjoyable day of billiards, beer and some good friends.
Hope we can arrange another one when we see you soon.
Ps not sure on the scores either but I do you you smashed us this time and kept the trophy ????
One thing I do know it's a shame you couldn't get your hands on narrow tables for your open as I think then you could show your expertise at 4 pin properly.
