Some close games on a difficult table, with our last two making all the running only to be overhauled at the end. A good, sociable evening though, and some interesting fillings in the doorstep sandwiches provided.

Blue Ship 2 Stout House F 3
Ding Johnson 1470 Scott Hope 5220 Steve Holden 2060 Grant Hope 2580 James Childs 6890 Lee Tugwell 760 Mick Johnson 3750 Dave Simmons 2060 Simon Bailey 1220 Colin Bolton 3980
Game 1: Steady game for Scott, Not much going Ding's way. Game 2: Scrappy close game, evenly matched on pegs as well as points. Grant made safe after the bar had dropped. Game 3: Lee not finding the pace, nice steady game from Porgie. Game 4: 1k for Dave and 2k for Mick before the game descended into a battle of awkward balls. Game 5: Steady potting from Colin in the decider.
A fun evening at the Ship including a night out for the recovering Pops, a super cauldron of Chilli and a grinning Ding and her Jugs!
