Roffey CC 1, Roffey Y 4.
Well played Y's, couple of five-figure scores: plenty of sandwiches, sausage rolls and practice doubles to round off our evening's BB.

Roffey H 3 Southwater 2
Stu 6100 Gordon 780 Martin 960 Ollie 5080 Nigel 3740 Alex 200 Iain 1480 Scott 1920 Steve 7450 Tom 3220
Fortunate win for the H with Alex very unlucky to black peg a winning score. Well done to Scott on getting his second ever win :)

Plough 2.5, Windmill CC 2.5 according to Alan. Just what the Secretary needs, another tied game. The perpetrators were Geoff Parsons and Des Gasson.

You usually do? Micky (I haven't played this table before) Fairs kicked off with a 12140 break & finished with 12550. Gareth Lost a 5K break & Finished on 8570. Jim let me on the table mid game but I didn't make a dent in his score and let him back on to finish with 12290. Thanks goodness our captain beat their captain to save us the brush.

Ouch ! sorry Gandalf, didn't realise Hastings were experiencing website problems. Explains why I got no reaction to this: Bump!! Just in case this got overlooked because of all the TJ's stat's!! Yeh, Gandalf also please note: Surely a simple link to a website page would suffice ? It is actually possible to run bootleg webpages visible to all for free - all you have to do is take out a Google Drive account (also free). Rgds, tommo

In the old days before computers I used to type out a players' performance list for distribution but we had a player, Gerry McCarthy who was highly superstitious and didn't like to see it (as he said once he had seen it he would have a rubbishy next game). It was then a challenge to "serve" him with the list while he wasn't looking - rather like Blind Pugh serving the black spot in Treasure Island !
