Game postponed from 04/10/2016 and played 17/10/2016:
Roffey H 2, Windmill GG 3 Stu 8610, Graham 4230 (a couple of visits each, a nice 6k from Stu clinching it) Muzza 2350, Johnny 1640 (Muzza steady throughout, Johnny pegged his chance towards the end) .......The GG's staring down the barrel of the gun - sound familiar ? Iain 2640, Mick 4790 Malcolm 1560, tommo 4070 similar hit-and-hold games brought it back to 2-all Sammy 3090, Tony 4840 (scores were even with a couple of minutes to go; Sammy had a ball whip out of the 50 leaving an awkward looking plant. Tony eyed it up and then pulled off one of the most amazing shots I've ever seen to clear all three balls for the break back. And that was that.)
An exciting match played in good spirit. The re-covered Roffey top playing nicely. Evening capped with a good selection of sarnies.
