Some very close games but the highlight of the night had to be Clive vs Gary with both players playing the table best out of all of us with the one up being challenging. A great night with great company topped with great food thank you Hastings

Worthing A 6 Tunbridge Wells 1
Games 3 & 6 were reversed.
I.Lelliott 11960 v 4750 M.Russell - Ian opened with a solid 9380, Martin was going well in reply but left a one up short on 4k G.Fitzjohn 8100 v 3810 R.Corbauld - Richard opened with 1800, Fitz replied with a steady 7300 M.Smith 8900 v 100 C.Driver - Curt was going well on about 5k when a ball came back up the top to take a peg. Martin finished with a nice break J.Greensted 7050 v 2500 B.Mason - Brian never settled and Foxy took advantage with a couple of meaningful breaks T.Molloy 2820 v 9580 Pete Sainsbury - A couple of breaks from Pete set up a 5k lead, Molly set about the chase with enough time but broke down on 2800 K.Tunstall 10740 v 6310 D.Phillips - Doug left his first one up short, I made 10k+ and Doug finished off S.Mepham 7170 v 6430 B.Stevens - Several visits each before Chocie chased down Brians 5k lead
Excellent result for us in our new Home venue. Nice pub, sausages in rolls for supper.

The signed card I have from West Sussex records Clive's score as 4120. I haven't received anything from Hastings B so have nothing to compare it to. If and when I receive the card I will check the situation

If and when I receive the card I will check the situation This is very possible but I'm afraid i don't fully remember and i was highly intoxicated. What i do know is the score would of been written down from the scoreboard so if it is the case then the score was simply miss read or a final break wasn't added at the end. I will see what i can find out....
