Lovely evening in good company, Heather winning the battle of the Millward's in the last game and even getting more 100's and 200's than Jim although he certainly gained the award of most pegs in a game.... luckily Chelle was scoring to ensure fair play in that game! Many thanks to the Montreal for their hospitality and a lovely spread of food.

Hollingbury 1 County Oak 4, revenge for the Oak, thoroughly deserved tonight. Dave started with a nice 6k then one up short Nigel replied with a majestic 12k and touched. 0-1, Gareth played to the bar 16,580 , Kevin going well missed a split fine3.5k, 0-2, Tupps in a dream for the break and missed the red , Marcus got a few then gets the break back and gives the out of sorts Tupps a dam good thrashing which he totally deserved. 0-3. Out of retirement Chubbster off with a nice 4K then one up short, me a brilliant 1600, Glenn gets them back and leaves the one up short, cant give him another chance and finish with 6600 break 1-3. Mick off with 1500, Ian makes no mistakes with an excellent 14k. Good match, wished we had played better but County Oak worthy winners, best of luck to them.

Can anyone help a rather large and confused Competition Secretary with ideas as to the actual score in this match.....I'm going to go for 4-1 to the Hollingbury A as Kim and Dave had walkovers because maybe the Wellie only had 3 players?????

Indeed Silent 4-1 to the Hollingbury A due to a lack of opponents from the Wellie, good to see Colin out and about.
