There was certainly a Division 2 bandit or two playing today
No-one won all their matches, so well done to Colin Southouse who led the rankings with 7 out of 8 wins, and having the best average of the 6 players who managed that feat.....

Well Matt, I don't think either of those two is registered in WSBBL, and I can't recall either ever playing a game in WSBBL.

Would like to add my congratulations to West Sussex on their win and to Hastings for pushing them all the way. It was a very competitive day of bar billiards with a high standard of play and no easy matches for anyone.
I know that all the Horsham team had a great day and would like to thank the Hurst Club and staff for hosting us, Colin for providing the food and to everyone who helped set-up and take down the tables.
But the biggest thanks have to go to Jean for running the day brilliantly and spending her Sunday doing all of the admin and selling raffle tickets despite not playing herself, I'm sure that we all agree that without her the day would not have possible.

Well Matt, I don't think either of those two is registered in WSBBL, and I can't recall either ever playing a game in WSBBL. 7 Barry holt is signed up for the white Hart a as our reserve and has played 4 games for us so far this season. I have been assured that in this competition it is irrelevant if the second player you are referring to has played in west sussex or not they are both eligible and i greatly appreciate them playing for us to give us a team on the day. Thank you guys i really appreciate it.

Thank you to everyone involved in making this event happen every year. So much effort goes into it with so little recognition. Jean did an amazing job and it was a great day out with friendly faces and a competitive level of bar billiards. Well done to the west sussex team they all played well through the whole day finishing very tightly at the end. Well played to everyone who took part. Look forward to next year. Thanks again to everyone who put the work in to make these events happen:)

I think your position entitles you at least to query it, Mr President ! And a respectful response.
Purely for the record, a year ago Horsham featured Hayley and Chrissie in the Ladies equivalent, but both had been registered with a Horsham League team in advance of the competition, thus were perfectly legal.
