Proposals for rule changes must be in by 12th November in three weeks!
One obvious rule that appears out of date now the two competitions are held together:
Does it not stipulate that Ladies may play for two teams in the same competition? I cannot tell if that rule has been updated as the last set was in 2013.

I cannot tell if that rule has been updated as the last set was in 2013. I took the trouble to update these in stages (2014,2015 & 2016) back in February. These have been ratified by both the AEBBASEC and AEBBATREAS, and copies sent to both yourself and Nigel with a request to publish on here - but nothing since. Is there a reason for the apparent lack of transparency ?

Is there a reason for the apparent lack of transparency ? No idea Clive. Nothing received here since your prototype set on 26th January that you had 'run past AEBBA Treas' but not Dave Alder and were waiting for the 2016 minutes to appear. Nothing ratified by the secretary Dave Alder received here since then, also the AEBBA website still shows 2013 as the latest. I thus have nothing that I may describe as a definitive set to publish on the locked thread.

Well, as I gained the nod from official quarters, the three leagues I have an involvement in all have a link on their websites to the latest (Dec 2016) AEBBA Rules. So all of our members are clued in and - locally at any rate - no confusion abounds.
