It is with great sadness that I inform you that my Grandad, Harold Driver passed away on Thursday 10th May.
He played in the Medway league for over 50 of his 96 years and played in the most successful team to come out of Medway in The Temple Farm Club.
He won the 1st Div individuals and in 1978 was part of the Temple Farm club team that won the All England team championship.
He was not known for his lighting pace on the table but he won more than lost and was a formidable apponent for anyone.
