Bletch played well last night and were good value for their win.
Geoff went off with 5,890 i had one visit to the table and then he finished it off with another 9,530! In our second, we both had a couple of goes at the break, luckily i had it back the 3rd time to make sure. Keith lost an opening break of over 5k. He still had chances to win but Pete just managed to stay in front at the bar. Pete then had a couple of decent breaks to get over 8k in theie 2nd. Andy was stead in the first taking advantage of nothing going for Ian. Ian went off with 2k and had a bit of a scrap, then finished it off with about 6k.
Looks like the defence of our title is blowing up big time this year - we may be replacing L&F next year
World Champion 2013, 2017 You're just jealous because the voices only talk to me.
Table had been moved by the new regime but the position of the legs marked before and the table replaced in exactly the same position - it was fine and encouraging that they are thinking about the BB players.
Table was fine and Deb played excellently to beat an out-of-spirits Steve to take precious two points. A very pleasant chatty night with the billiards fairly secondary....
