Hi all,
The AGM 2019 document will be uploaded to the website late this evening/early hours of Saturday. This will include all of the items that have been submitted for discussion as well as committee reports.
In the interests of preventing unnecessary waste and environmental impact - NO COPIES HAVE BEEN PRINTED - and it is recommended that you use the soft copy available on the site OR print your own OR ask me specifically for a printed copy.

I'd also like to see the AEBBA adopt electronic scorecards and entry forms across the board for its tournaments.
An electronic scorecard can be as simple as a Google form.
To address the initial question, I don't require a paper copy.

I don't see any reports yet, though I assume the proposals have been circulated to county secretaries.
Most proposals seem sensible apart from, in my view, the renewed proposal to 'three-pin-ise' the four pin game when played as an AEBBA competition. Why the committee cannot leave and play the four pin rules for what we have come to enjoy baffles me. The excuse of speeding up the game is rubbished by the new need to replace the mushroom every time it gets nudged, which is most break shots. The four pin opens have been the only ones that have had full entries.
This proposal is deeply offensive to one of the affiliated counties and having two versions of the rules is confusing. I hope to make the meeting tomorrow to be able to vote against it but High Wycombe is a hell of a long way from Dover and my new hip is still sore.

The proposals have been available for all on the AEBBA Website for many weeks as well as being circulated. The AGM document was also added to the site this morning.
