I'm a bit confused. Does the Pocket Rocket have 2 home games on one table this week or are you including a table in the Albion? Or does the Pocket have 2 tables again?

Pocket Rocket A 2 Duke of Wellie 3
We were the comeback kings tonight , no thanks to me and Mick though going 2-0 down.
Matt 5080 v 4630 Mick - chances galore for both players right up to the bar. Joe 8200 v 7130 KT - I miscued on my second one up, Joe got 7k, I got them back and got to within 2k and left the one up short. I got them back again and when the bar dropped was about 600 down with all the balls. Then I miscued again doh Foxy 3200 v 8210 Dave - Super Dave opened with 7k, Jim came back with 3k and missed a one up, pretty much game over then Mike 2390 v 6390 Tupps - Mike left a one up over the hole and was playing catch up thereafter, steady game from Tupps of course Rick 1590 v 7820 Colin - Col left his second one up short, Rick couldn't get going and Colin kept his head in front with a couple of breaks

Montreal A vs Bevy A
Moppy 2,750 3,470 Bella - Steady game from Bella took the opener against the break DJ 2,240 6,140 Sandra - Scores equal after the first visit each then a good break from Sandra put her well clear Gary 660 3,020 Zoe - What can I say? the best I have ever seen Zoe play, each shot had a measured pace and Gary couldn't get the balls back Bob 4,850 1,620 Kevin - Legs had a black peg but couldn't get the balls back giving Bob a pressure free game Bob (4 player) 2,070 3,030 Doug - Another game where the chaser couldn't get the break back
Mont A 1-4 Bevy A
A good win for the away team played in a great atmosphere with a new game of moving Lorraine's picture round the pub.

I could nt find the 4 player rule in our rules and would appreciate comments on the rules please. Firstly do I assume that a home team playing the 4 player rule are not penalised by loss of any break, whereas an away team losses a break. Secondly can Brighton Bar Billiard rules be amended whilst the season is ongoing.

Hi Colin You are absolutely correct that if you are at home you dont lose a break but if you are away then you do. Your second point about can rules be changed mid season then the answer is no. Rules can only be changed at AGM and obviously voted on by people that turn up. I personally think there are several changes that could be made and the committee would welcome any proposals.

Bevy B 3 - Mont B 2 No scores but I'm sure someone will post them. Game 1. I beat Ash who was unlucky on several occasions Game 2. Dover lost to Dave who didn't give him much of a chance Game 3. Pete lost to Phil. Peter was in the lead with a break going when he played 2 whites thinking the bar had dropped. It had not so foul shot. Phil did enough to win. Game 4. Stu lost to Martin by quite a bit. Game 5. Mark beat Martin who couldn't really get going in his second game in a row.

You beat me to it, Reg Bevy B 3 - 2 Mont B Ash 2130 - 4530 Reg Dave 5660 - 660 Dover Phil 3090 - 2260 Pete Martin 4140 - 680 Stuart Martin 1420 - 2590 Mark Although one of Ash's higher scores, he couldn't really match Reg when he got going. As Reg said, unlucky with balls pinging out of pockets etc Dave was on form tonight and kept getting the break back to leave Dover floundering. A hugely improved Pete was extremely unlucky due to a mix up with where the balls came out. Mont has the 50 balls coming out 2nd one in so played 2 whites towards the end of his break, giving Phil the break again which wasn't squandered. Martin got off to a good start and never really looked back leaving Stuart behind. Martin never really got going but was keeping up for a bit until Buckle found his form. A good win for the Bevy and a great night all round (and I still managed to get insulted by Lorraine)
