Kendal 0 - 5 Dyke B @ Brewery Tap
No real surprises in this game except Dave Richings and Pete Witcomb coming close.
Brewery Tap B 1 - 4 Montreal @ The Stadium
The Tap team only had three players and only Taxi managing a win.
Open Doubles Prelim Round
T. Coghlan & M. Scott 1 - 2 J. Perrin & D. Richings @ Brewery Tap
A bit of a miracle took place last night. I am still in a state of shock. None of the games went above 4K ish but they were very nip and tuck and enjoyable to play.

Brewery Tap B 1 - 4 Montreal
Wins for the Mont were M.Barsby and G.Mechan. Brewery Tap had just the 3 players.
Can someone please give me a list of rules regarding breaks, names down etc for team ko. The reason i ask is this year and last it seems anyone we ask doesnt have a clue.
Cheers

Racehorse,
I think every team has their own idea of the rules. If both sides can come to an arrangement that all are happy with, then go with it.
I forgot to mention in my last post
A big thank you to Mr Race and his team for an enjoyable evening with laughs and fun aplenty. Also for the advice and encouragement that they freely gave to us mortals.

Reggy as you know we are a new team and just wondered what the rules were, as so many people tell us in every game different ones. Obviously there arent any so if you win the toss can you make the rules up aswell?

I was told that there are a set of rules for TKO competitions in the captains packs. Last night we played equal breaks for each game. The winner of the toss (Terry Race) picked the 2 & 4 starts, giving us 1,3 & 5. This is not the only method of playing cup/plate matches we have encountered.

All captains have the rules in their folders. When i get home i will get the numbers of the rules and post them here. Basically they are:
All games are equal breaks. At the start the captains toss a coin and the winning captain decides if they want to take the first break in games 1,3 & 5 or in games 2 & 4 At the start of the match a player is chosen to play the 6th game in the event of the match being tied.
