Swan A was a no show against Three Horseshoes.
So NOT a happy BB REAPER after driving 25 minutes to find out the other team was'nt going to turn up. leaving it till about 8:10 to make contact.

Swan A was a no show against Three Horseshoes. So NOT a happy BB REAPER after driving 25 minutes to find out the other team was'nt going to turn up. leaving it till about 8:10 to make contact. Unfortunately this is a trend I see that has been happening in both the Brighton and Worthing Knockouts. Lesser teams do not want to seem to even turn up against top teams in the cup. The Duke of Wellington gave us our Brighton cup game (although they let us know the night before) and our Brewery Tap B team did not tell the Albion B they were not showing. Seems a similar thing happened to the Horseshoes last night. It is a shame because it is a chance for the lower league players to pit their wits against some top players, and I when I was a lower league player I always relished the chance . Anyway well done to the Henty who did play us tonight and although we won 5-0 some of the games were close as we struggled on a very tricky Elms top.

Stadium v Marineview B also did not take place.
The Marineview team scratched from the fixture, at least in this instance they gave our captain 24 hours notice so no unnecessary journeys had to be made.
