Just trying to catch up on the 2009 Guernsey and Portsmouth Opens, and they're now on there and the Guernsey transcript is fine, but the Portsmouth file seems corrupt, except for the last pages (player's averages and points awards).
The 2008 Portsmouth was also unreadable when I tried to pull some information off it last week. Wondering if anyone else has this problem ?

Sav, Have complied and sent it by eMail. The first column seems to be throwing it all out as it has stuff like 0.17777777 all the way down which looks like a set formula which has not translated across from a spreadsheet to the website. tommo

Can we have some diagnostics please? Browser and version. Operating system. The screendump I got Clive to send me shows just text and no cells. I will clear this thread up when the problem is solved. I'm on XP Professional SP3 with Office 2002 SP3 all in the garden is rosy Sav.

I am able to read everthing ok on the website for both Portsmouth Opens. I do use Kady's spreadsheet to send to Sav as she basically does all the work for me but it is a different to the one that I have used for all other opens which may explain the problem. I will wait and see if Sav has any answers, but can copy and paste results into my format if necessary.

I have Microsoft Office Word 2007; Microsoft Office Excel 2007, and I use Mozilla Firefox (with latest updates as they happen) for a Browser. As with BB Warrior, I have checked the other files and all work perfectly okay apart from the two Pompey ones.

I use 2003 versions of Microsoft Office & Excel both at home and at work....... At home, I use Internet Explorer as a browser and the Portsmouth results open perfectly...... 8-) At work, I use Mozilla Firefox (same as Tommo) and the Pompey results are all over the place..... :o :'( As a self-confessed technophobe..... :-[ ..... I will be the first to say that I don't know if (or why) that should make any difference.... ???

Firefox does not like the Portsmouth file, that's the problem. I've seen the display problem now. Seen similar differences between IE and FF before, butnever that bad! Will look at the spreadsheet later. Sav.

It looks like the main (but possibly not only) problem is that Firefox is displaying the hidden calculation columns in the Portsmouth sheet, wheras IE hides them as intended.

That would make a lot of sense.
