Southwater SC 0 Dun Horse 5
Gordon Ling 1260 Sparky 2070 Tom Darkins 1730 Paul Jobbins 3100 Matt Senior 1580 John Lear 1600 Jeff Raine 1230 Iang 2900 Chris Purkiss 1280 Adam Bateup 6420
The home side found it tough going, Adam after watching the first 4 legs played the break with pace & lots of bottom left.
After the match our table wizzard worked his magic with the home teams blessing.

I cant possibly comment on the above post other than to say the DUn Horse bribed us, drugged us and said they'd kill us if we won a leg.
We felt obliged to therefore get obliterated 5 nill on our own turf!!
I had a quick practice on the new top on the Weds night. I looked like the Ronnie O Sullivan of the Bar Billiards World.
Its gonna take us a week or two to get used to having a straight table so lets see how we fare in a couple of weeks
Thanks Sparky

.............but you realise that under the laws of ying and yang and the universe having to be balanced, if Sparky magics the Southwater Club table into playing well, another one will suddenly go to pot........ ::) ;D TerryG & Sparky (0) 1280 ........... Graham Sparksman (0) 1770 ............ An embarrassing evening for me and Games 1 & 4 could have gone either way but the Plough boys adjusted well to the table ............. New cushions ordered.
