Horsham's stay in the top flight proved to be shortlived in the Sussex One-Day Interleague held at Roffey Social & Sports Club on Sun 28th Feb: www.sussexbarbilliards.com/Sussex/1%20day%20cups/2010/Division%201%202010.htmFollowing defeats by Worthing (4-10) and Redhill (3-11) they put up a spirited performance against relegation rivals Tunbridge Wells, tie-ing the match with them 7-7 and both teams entered the last phase of games on 14 points. Sadly Brighton in the last match proved a slightly sterner test for Horsham than Worthing did for Tunbridge Wells, Brighton winning 11-3 and Worthing 9-5. Horsham now change places with Littlehampton in next year's competition. Ricky Dewdney had a brilliant finish to the day, with four consecutive scores of over 10,000 and finished with the day's top average (9193) for ALL players. Ricky had 5 wins out of 8 frames played, and Peter Gibbs managed 4 wins out of 8.
