Barry Timson was on holiday in Somerset last week and ventured into a guest house in Minehead for a free wine-tasting. Who should he see but Peter and Sheila O’Brien who recognised him immediately from bar billiards. They run the guest-house but are in a sort of state of semi-retirement. They asked to be remembered to all their friends in Sussex. It’s a small world as they say. 8-)

Didn't know they had moved away. Both great players - could Somerset be making a comeback?

It's as Alan says. When they took over the Red Lion at Eastbourne they got a table in straight away and started up a team. But with a Guest House now, they may well buy a table - but it's likely only to be for fun/private use.

Could someone ask Barry what the name of this guest house is?

I'll ask Barry on Wednesday for you. Nice joke previously from Alan (above) btw - I completely missed it the first time. ;)
