Here we go again, Grrrrrrrr, K.T wins the Berks Open, Grrrrrrr, :( beating my son Steven in the final, Grrrrrrr, :( beating me on the way, Grrrrrrr, :(. Joking aside Kevin, well done on yet another Open win, the third on the bounce & becoming the first player to achieve this tremendous feat. I must say though, how did you win your semi final against Alan Chaloner on table 7, that must be the worst match i have ever seen you play, how many breaks was it 6,7,8 ;)
I had to laugh when you were playing Steven in the final, when he kept missing & i asked him what he was playing at, his reply was "I have got to give the OLD BOY a chance" ;D, i told him to show a bit more respect to the maestro. :)
Well done again.
Keith.

The toughest is yet to come, Jersey..........
But i have a small tournament coming up before that and i`m hoping to achieve another first, retaining the All England title, which nobody has ever done. Don`t know all the finalists at the mo, Nigel for Sussex, DC for Surrey & me for Oxon. Anyone know some more?
S`funny Keith, didn`t think i`d still be playing this well, but a new challenge in Sussex and a gorgeous partner who also loves the game seem to have done the trick. Sorry Lady H, you`ll get the blame now xxx

Me for Kent, depending on the news on Gill. Neal Chamberlain was runner-up and is on standby

You may recall that I played in the 1993 All-England Indiv under very, very similar personal circumstances, Chris, and, having received the blessing and backing of my wife, I proceeded to play extremely well, and came away with the trophy.
If you are similarly blessed, you could do the same. Good luck in everything!!!

I'd like to add my best wishes to Chris for the best possible news on Gill. Bar billiards is important, yes, but our nearest and dearest more so.
