Congratulations to all the Sussex Champions and runners up for this season. All trophy winners for this season will soon be awarded and presented with their trophies.
Could I remind all last years winners of the SCBBA rules
4. All leagues affiliating to the association are required to DEPOSIT THE SUM OF £10-00 in addition to their affiliation fees. This sum which is returnable to: - a. Ensure that any trophy won by representatives of that league shall be returned to the Association in similar condition as they were in at the time of their presentation. Failure of players to return trophies by the date specified in Association Rule 9 could result in their league's deposit being forfeited. Most of the trophies are now back with me for engraving - if you still have trophies I would not dream of embarrassing you on the forum (yet) but I do need them as soon as possible please.
Many thanks

Congratulations to all the Sussex Champions and runners up for this season. All trophy winners for this season will soon be awarded and presented with their trophies. Alan - Colin Robbins has asked me to ask you the following - 1) Is there to be a SCBBA Presentation Night ? 2) Is it possible to order extra keepsakes for Redhill A as he used a squad of 11 ? (Will settle up the cost in advance if you wish.) Thanks, tommo

Thanks Alan.
I have since spoken to our Chairman, Terry Oakley, and the cost is fine. You are very welcome to attend our Presentation Night at the Reigate Ex-Servicemens Club in three weeks' time (I will confirm the date and send you a map later).
The Redhill League's own presentation of awards will start soon after 8pm (no later than 8.15) and Tel agrees it would be good if you are called forward to present the Interleague items half-way through the ceremony, sandwiched between the cup competition handouts and the Team/League winners and runners-up.
I will confirm the date as soon as it has been confirmed to me !
