The phone companies must be wringing their hands. I've lost count of the number of (fairly predictable) texts I've received and, I'll admit, sent today. Would be a nice gesture if they offered to donate a % of the proceeds to a charity of Michael's familiy's choosing but I can't see that happening.
Whatever you thought of the bloke, a sad day.
Yours reflectively,
Vinny

Hi all,
I've only just clocked this thread. I'm starting practising my Italian accent for the 12th. "Bis cuits", priceless.

Hi Chris,
I'm a bit strange, which won't come as a huge surprise.
I play billiards left-handed and also write left-handed. I'm left-footed at football. I play cricket and golf right-handed and throw with my right hand with the exception of bowling at cricket. The only thing I'm truly ambidextrous at is badminton.
Regards,
Vinny

Had a fantastic trip down memory lane last Saturday night. Went to the 30th anniversary gig of an old Mod band called Secret Affair up in the smoke. Hope they decide to keep going as they were brilliant.

Congratulations to Pete Sainsbury for reaching the semi-final of the Oxon Open. Cracking win over Leon Beer in the last sixteen by less than 200 points. Followed that with an equally tight win over Dave Ingram in Q/F. Fell to Tony Willis in semi on a tricky table.
Paul Sainsbury reached the plate final but was beaten by Stuart Giles.
Martin got to the 3rd round in the main.
I was beaten the the 2nd round of the main by Jon Bamsey. Had my chances.

The mighty Trams faced Biggleswade Town in the FA Vase on Saturday. Found a gem of a pub on the High Street called the Golden Pheasant with 6 real ales. Pick of the bunch was Hop Back Entire Stout. Wonderfully complex. Hyde's Jekyll being a close runner up.
