Thanks KP, Norton did indeed prompt me last night to update to the latest version as some nasty threats have been added recently.

the scores seem a little one-sided. Could you not consider relaxing your security a wee bit to make it a closer game?!!

I agree, in principle, but need to clarify.
When you say, 'let me win in the Oxon Open' do you mean to win one round or the whole competition?
To be fair, I'm cool about it either way!!

Well its probably my last Open, so would be nice to win if people want to oblige. I don't want to know they are letting me win though or it wouldn't feel right ;) ;D

True - I have always suffered anguish when I discovered that people let me win. Fortunatley it has only happened on two occasions so Ihave easily been able to live with it.

On my home setup, NOD32 Anti-virus and modified hardware firewall (well tweaked for safety), the server that the output is shown from is my gaming squads sever that is used for many purposes and is just about bulletproof ;)
I still recommend the Avast A/V as my first choice as a free offering though without spending any money out, it uses the NOD32 engine and just lacks a few of the nice settings of the full NOD32. Both use fewer resources than any other anti-virus.
The latest AVG Anti Spyware 7.5 (though I never recommend the earlier one) seems very good so far, basically AVG brough the Ewido Suite from the original writers and have made it into a fuller package, I am currently testing this with some very good results.
