Will pass it on to Del. As of the end of this season I understand the Saracens head in Newton will no longer have a table. Im told the pub wants the room for more bums on seats and food orders. From my point of view its no great loss, the players are a great bunch and will be moving to a new venue and personally I have my reasons for not liking the place so it's happy days for me

Pretty sure that the Eight Bells in Hadleigh no longer has a table. They moved it to the Cock about 3 years ago

In the Sudbury area the north Street tavern and the Saracens head have both got rid of their tables, both supremes, the Saracens table is still on flea bay for a bargain price. The snooker club in north Street is now a league venue and the new home for the tavern team while the Saracens side have moved to the institute club in station road sudbury, so this also can be added as a for pin league table and its a real narrow sams

Edwardstone White Horse. This former Sudbury League venue still has its table, but the landlord informed me it was stored in his garage. I can see why, they’re very much food based (do a lovely fish and chips) and would be short of room. Fruity cider £2 a pint by the way. Table “didn’t get used much and is still like new” and will eventually go on eBay, but I expect landlord would be equally happy if Sudbury League approached him with a private offer.
Six Bells, Preston St Mary (Lavenham) What a great place to visit ! More of a gastropub with its own chatty young chef. Landlady made me a very tasty café latte. No bar billiards table, though, that went several years ago.
Stanningfield Red House Best described as ‘vibrant’. All sorts going on and as I arrived Elaine and Lee did too, holding cues. I had a quick go on the table before handing over to the others: table is a Supreme, wide with the “squashed diamond” formation, no left- or right-hand roll but set to be downhill: Okay all the time you keep going but a couple of loose shots finds all the balls lined up at the back of the table.

Tommo re edwardstone white horse, the table was used lots, they had two teams in the league, I think political reasons caused played to either retire or move on. The table was never in good condition, always covered in white chalk dust from the darts score board above it and wobbly legs where it used to get dragged around when being moved.
Having said all that I think new people took the place over a couple of years ago and several months ago I was contacted and asked if knew anyone who could refurbish the table for them as they were keen to get at least one team back in the league. Phone numbers, contact details etc were exchanged so hopefully the table has been given a new lease of life.

The Exning Road Working Mens Club in Newmarket has a table. 4-pin friendly at present. it's a mile from Cambs in about 3 directions due to the unique position of Newmarket but Suffolk it is! One of mine - it has gone the Mushtittle route.
