Sorry you are guessing results.been a tad busy with meetings & playing & oh working. No guessing needed Ian. Rick Landridge also said the score was 4-1 to the Limeburners, or were they both wrong ? ::) Junkie said he lost to Steve Holden ::)

Yes thats correct, & Dick cable BP, & Mr Fairs lost to Mick Johnson. This means the Y's have lost 2 in a row, but don't expect a hat trick as they are away at The Windmill next week.

Mill House V Plough ( postponed ) Hopefully will now take place on 2nd November - pending Plough confirmation. :-/ This is becoming a regular thing at Fortress Mill House, with the away team having no luck: just as well as we've yet to win away from home ourselves. :o Especially the case tonight as all the games were tight on an unforgiving (rain-affected) table, and all frames could have gone either way. Mark gave tommo a fright in the first leg, pegging a useful break near the end to let tommo back in; Two last-ball games, Nick's BP being particularly unlucky having caught Margo up with a 700 break; and Steve put a 20 and 30 down when trying to leave a ball on the table, which handed Vicky a welcome first win. She certainly played better than the rest of us - her dad included ! Mill House 5, Plough A 0tommo 4420, Mark Webber 3480 Johnny Haigh 2160, Kieron Budd BP Vicky Timson 2020, Steve Vizor 1940 Margo 1340, Nick Rees BP Barry Timson 1870, Geoff Parsons 1430 Thanks lads for a sociable evening.
