One time Bar billiards player, and son in law of Pete Farrelly, James Richardson, who now plays on the PDC darts circuit, has drawn none other that Raymond van Barneveld, in the first round of the World championships at Alexander Palace ;D

Just had a gander at the BBC website; it appears that Barney already had one eye on beating Phil Taylor in the last 8 before he had even thrown a dart... ??? Of course, he wasn't underestimating anyone, oh no.
Great result - roll on Tuesday night!

James has also received some good coverage in The Sun. Quite partial to a nice curry, apparently.

Just tweeted James on his World Darts performance and its his birthday today. I also said there was a thread about him on here and he replied to ask how to get on here and seemed impressed with that. May well see a World beater posting on here soon!
