As a matter of courtesy, Oxford had first refusal on the 'Guest' slot, as they were great company and helped to make the day last year.

A long day though equally memorable to last year. 8 teams of 7, all play all so everyone got to play 7 games.
But this time it was a case of double helpings of the sexy gear as there were two Ladies teams - who adopted the noms de plume of Slappers in Slippers and Baby Doll Tarts for the occasion. :o :o :o :o :o ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D An impressive array of jim jams (and cleavages) was on show, along with some at times coquettish behavior designed to put the men (notably Jukesy, tommo and Simon Ellam :o :o :o) off their game - as if the high handicaps weren't already enough! ::)
A raffle raised over £200 for various cancer charities chosen by the ladies.
Anyway a big thank you to the organisers, table suppliers, Colin Robbins for the bar and well done once again to Dave and Caroline for running a good tournament to a strict schedule, and this is how the play finished, with last year's bottom team the 'B' league taking the glory, and our gallant friends from Oxford deserved runners-up.
1. B League Representatives 31pts 2. Guest team (Oxford) 29pts 3. A League Representatives 28pts 4. Presidents Select 25pts 5. Chairmans Select 23pts 6= Mens County Team 20pts 6= Slappers in Slippers 20pts 6= Baby Doll Tarts 20pts
Teams: B League (Cherry Dinsmore, Aaron Hill, Anita Blackman, Alex Hornby, Gary Dinsmore, John Palmer, Mark Fraser) Oxford (Sean Stratford, Lewis Stratford, Ian Gordon, Keith Sheard, Ian Moss, Mark Trafford, Simon Ellam) A League (Cliff Wayland, Clive Thompson, Frank Doyle, Tony Cross, Mick Wright, Karl Tidy, Paul Trottman) Presidents (Tom Hyder, Mike Fortune, Ian Greensted, Richard Wickham, Pete Forrest, Nabila Dinsmore, Dave Constable) Chairmans (Gary Powell, Fiona Doyle, Colleen Park, Dave Ingram, Neil Palmer, Baz Symonds, Steve Baldwin) Mens County (Jason Wadsworth, Geoff Jukes, Richard Plaw, Graham Holman, Keith Wilkinson, Jim Greensted, David Jones) Slappers in Slippers (Debz Pearce, Denise Wills, Sally Mortimer, Sharron Balcombe, Bobbie Davis, Sheila King, Lorraine Hamblin) Baby Doll Tarts (Margo Thompson, Genette Nicholls, Linda Tidy, Alison Norman, Sharon Ward, Caroline Jones, Sho Nicholls)

Once again a BIG thank you from us Oxford boys for the invitation to take part in this event.
We all enjoyed ourselves thouroughly, a fantastically run tournament by Dave & Caroline.
Hope we can have an invite again next year so we can get our fancy dress outfits out :D ( Milko might look quite good as Tarzan ;D ;D ;D ;D )
