Took my time and got the cloth tight as a drum. Must admit cutting the stars for the holes was a butt clenching moment. Cushions next ! Steve ;D

Looks nice ! What have you used to secure the cups in place underneath ?
And Sav will probably ask what type of cloth you've used.

Used some Evo Stick "sticks like" Cloth is a standard grade from a Bristol Snooker/pool supplies company.

You are certainly correct about that moment when you stick a Stanley knife through you tight as a drum cloth!!
Any feedback on my recovering notes (assuming you used them!) would be welcome. Don't over tighten the cushion cloth or you will corregate the cushions, just gently tight is fine. Lift the cloth over the leading edge of the rubber as it tends to stick.

Makes no difference, nap on the sides normally runs in the same direction as the table bed, top cushion artbitary. I've done recovers with the nap pointing into the middle on all cushions (which to me makes sense) and nobody has noticed. Sav

Old felt stripped out and replaced. Stripping out wasnt the nicest thing to do !
