No, I won't be going to Milton Keynes, not EVER, but will be seeing the game from the comfort of my own armchair, as the game will be televised live on ITV1, Sunday 2nd Dec, 12.30 kick-off. 8-) 8-) Obviously sick at the way the result was snatched from us in the 92nd minute, but proud of the way my lads played, and all three goals would have graced the Premiership. 8-)

Went to the home of Kingstonian FC today and what a disgrace the referee and linesman was! Surprised we won 3-0 with him in charge of the game! Didnt see you there Tommo?!?!

Hi Lewis, It seems that after 30 years of actively supporting the Dons through 7 different divisions I've now become a fair-weather supporter (only seen them twice this season) :o
No matter what the game has thrown at us, there were always some positives...but having got back into the League it seems we let all our best players go and have taken a huge step backwards. Until this trend is reversed it's no fun being whapped each week and I am therefore voting with my feet.
Well done to the U's on your win, you are a club which has also seen great highs and lows. tommo

Some amazing games in the Premiership this weekend....Arsenal's 7-3 destruction of Newcastle was breathtaking, how the Sun awards just 5, 6 or 7 to their players I don't know. Norwich had Man City against the ropes but seemed to run out of steam at the end. Spurs were worth their win and no way should Gareth Bale have been booked. Reading and Wigan got some much-needed points, Fulham were unlucky (with Dickie Plaw watching in the crowd) and Stoke 3 Southampton 3 was a thriller with a wonder equalizer.
Just watching Everton v Chelsea, and Everton could have easily been 3-0 up before Frank Lampard worked his magic. Reckon Harry-boy will be putting a bid in to take him to QPR - he could be just the signing which saves them from the drop!

Hazards sending off, has he a case? I understand that violence in football is uncondonable but what the ball boy did was out of order, even if i enjoyed chelseas departure :p

I understand that violence in football is uncondonable but what the ball boy did was out of order, even if i enjoyed chelseas departure :p Interesting one, but there was a sort of precedent in the form of Eric Cantona when he Kung Fu kicked that Crystal Palace fan. When you're a professional footballer you just can't go around kicking members of the public, or match officials. In this case he was severely provoked by the Swansea ball boy who apparently premeditated it by boasting on Twitter that he was the 'king of ball boys' and would wind up the opposition. And it could be argued in Hazard's defence that he was only trying to kick the ball from under him. But then Cantona had been seriously provoked too, and received a 7 month ban for his act of violence. The latest is that the ball boy has apologised to Hazard in an attempt to get him off the hook, but I reckon that the authorities will want justice to be seen to be done, and he'll get something like a six-match ban. :-/

I doubt we shall see any 7 month bans as thats usually for drug abuse but definitely a lengthy absence from play to make an example of him.

Just watched this on video, well out of order you can see a young Chelsea fan standing just the other side of the advertising boarding! What sort of example is this to young fans? I can understand the frustration of the Chelsea player but he must be punished further, this is not a Cantonna but it deserves more than 3 games for sure

On watching the footage i gotta say that watching that ball boy is like watching italian football, he hardly touched him, of course hazard has to be sent off but talk about making a mountain out of a mole hill!!

I don't really think you can compare this incident to what Cantona done.... Agree, pale by comparison with what Cantona did, but any commission ruling on the incident will be looking for a precedent and that's the nearest they have to one. Announcement this morning that there will be no civil action as no complaint has been lodged: But, as Jim says, examples have to be set and whether or not Hazard intended to kick the ball boy - or just the ball from under him - football justice will no doubt be served !

I think they ought to leave it all be, theres not going to be a complaint and everyone has apologised plus the ball boy himself has more or less taken responsibility, any action taken would be a case of "doing it for the sake of it".

This article seems to sum it up reasonably well: www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/jan/24/eden-hazard-ballboy-kick-fa-swanseaSince when was football fair ? And we are talking about an FA Commission here. At present a 3-match ban for the red card, unlikely to be rescinded, and more than likely the ban to be doubled. The ball boy's face was a picture, as he clutched his ribs and rolled around like an Italian footballer. ;D

Hazard only kicked the ball from underneath him so he shouldn't have been punished with a sending off, as it's the ball boy that's in the wrong and should be banned from the ground for life for a premedidated act of time wasting and feigning injury, something that happens too often by footballers these days. I also know what I'd have done if someone took my ball and wouldn't let me have it back, so don't get any good ideas all you bar billiard players out there next time we play each-other! :'( ;D
milko >:(

If I was 2-0 down in a semi final and some idiot from wales kept hold of the ball I would have done the same.
Actually I would have probably kicked it so hard that it would of gone down his throat and come out of his backside.

More silliness on ths hazard story, police receiving complaints from members of the public in sussex and kent resulting in possible action, is it me? I didnt think that those two counties really had anything to do with this particular match
