For some reason, i didn't pick up the card last night - or i can't find it!
Kennington SC 5-1 Lamb & Flag @ Vikings
Keith Hollis 2-0 Steve Walker Ian Gordon 1-1 Tony Willis Mark Trafford 2-0 Martin Friend
Keith had a couple of good break in both games, beating Steve by about 4k in the first and 7k in the second. Tony beat Ian by about 6k in the first, but Ian got his revenge in the second. Me and Turbo had a couple of cracking games. After losing my opening break of 2k in the first, Turbo got a 5k break, i then finished it off with 9k. Then Turbo went off with nearly 6k in the first, i then got a near 8k break to come back with!
Nice friendly night with plenty of banter flying around and shot of the night by none other than Beefy, whipping the red out of the 20 and going in the 200 to get the break back in the first! :o (Not really sure why i put a shock face)

You couldn't find the score card Mark because I tore them both up...... ;D ;D
Scores were
Keith 7300 - 3290 Steve Ian 620 - 6000 Tony Mark 9580 - 5310 Turbo Keith 8660 - 90 Steve Ian 5020 - 1490 Tony Mark 7480 - 6520 Turbo
Excellent night apart from the result and Turbo eating my sausage bap while I was scoring... :'(
Well done Kennington on a thoroughly deserved victory and good luck in the Semis.
Tony

A few days ago Tony (Barbelman) was mentioning Witney being cut off.....I see he managed to play, so did he arrive by boat ? :o :o :o I must get that ark finished... ;D The Windrush (Witney's river) and the Evenlode come up very quickly and then drop, whereas the Thames is a much slower creature as all the other rivers empty into her... I used to play (in fact my first bar billiards pub in 1967) at the Isis pub in Iffley which was only approachable by boat or a long walk/cycle along the Thames towpath - some hairy moments going home sometimes! ::) ;D Tony

It was a team KO game to be played at Bletchingdon Club (neutral venue). Bob has to pick up Mick Jones from Wootton as Mick is currently without transport.
