Achilles. 4. 0.5pt as you have only given me half the answer: The name "zouave" was also adopted during the 19th century by units in other armies, especially volunteer regiments raised for service in the American Civil War. The chief distinguishing characteristics of such units were the zouave uniform, which included short open-fronted jackets, baggy trousers and often sashes and oriental headgear. 5 top answer, 2pts 6 correct, 1pt 7 top answer, 2pts 13 correct, 1pt. Afterwards dragged him round the city in a show of bravado. Leaderboard: 1 BB Warrior 6.5pts 2 BigPhilMac 6pts

Julius Caesar and Mark Anthoney 14 Yeah and why is it that no-one has cottoned yet to Gok Wan being an anagram ? A made up name if ever I heard one ! But this has nothing to do with question 14, and neither does a Chinese emperor, who as far as I can make out never visited Gilboa which is in Israel ! 17 correct, 1pt - plus 1pt for the shrewd observation: yes he keeps cropping up in these history quizzes, doesn't he ? 20 Roman slaves - but give you it, 1pt 21 correct, 1pt 22 correct, 1.5pts (defeated Pompey) - ooh, Pompey Chimes bonus...we have to play 'em next year ! For some weird reason i thought they (Pompey) had gone bankrupt never to be seen again! Poor observation on my part ;D Having plumbed the depths of despair in a rapid decline (remember they were in the FA Cup Finals of both 2008 and 2010), the dodgy businessmen have been booted out and the club is now owned by the fans. So once again the future is bright. 8-)
