Black Horse 3 CKRBL 2 :(
Dave Todd 2080 - 1100 Jenny Edwards Neither player really got to grips with the table, but Dave did enough. 1-0 :(
Jan Bithell 2850 - 1980 BB Warrior Jan off very early, I obligingly pegged by reply and gave her the break back... Jan stayed on longer this time! I got the break back a few shots later, then pegged it again! Eventually got it back again, started to close in on Jan's score but missed a simple 50 shot. Jan kept her scores and deserved her win. 2-0 :(
Dave Knight 2980 - 3570 Pete Edwards Pete made a solid 2k opening break, Dave got the break back and closed the gap but Pete played well enough to keep the distance between them. 2-1 ;D
Ric Bithell 3170 - 2610 Ted Stringer Ric lost his opening break of nearly 3k, missing a ball up the middle of the table. Ted got the break back and scored just over 2k with a mixture of good shots and pure luck..... one ball caught the edge of the 50 hole he was playing at, rolled round the back of the 100 hole and ended up in the opposite 50 hole....!! :o Ric got the break back, got another break of nearly 3k and Ted never quite caught him up again. 3-1 :(
Richard Todd 1730 - 3880 Derek Taylor Derek got off to a solid start and, playing on his Interleague Home Table, put in the best performance of the night for the away team on a tricky table. 3-2 ;D
An enjoyable evening as always, some close games and no sign of the Toads players tonight......!! ;D ;D

Droops 2 Bridge 3 ;D
Well somehow the Bridge managed to grab victory from the jaws of defeat.
Adam Bateup 2810 Kevin Stoner 2390 Kevin opened with only 500,Adam had a couple of breaks to build a lead.Kev slowly clawed backed ,but too little too late. 1-0. :(
Richard Jeffrey 5180 Alan Brackenridge 3010 Richard opened with a 2k and Alan never really got hold of the table and Richard stayed comfortably in front.0-2. :(
Peter Hall 1200 Lee Chipman 1870 Both players struggled with plenty of pegs Lee managed to keep a few for than Pete.2-1. ;D
Kevin Hall 3020 Marcus Chipman 3430 Kevin kicked with a 2k then with balls up the table nothing really moved til Marc got the break with a couples of minutes to play,as the bar dropped the scores were level and trying to give the captain a heart attack twice had 1 ball spin out on the break but held on to win.2-2. ;D
Andy Farmer-Wright 1210 Jean Brackenridge 4030 Surprisingly Andy never really got going and Jean played well to win.2-3. ;D ;D ;D ;D
This puts the Bridge 8 points clear at the top.
With the top 3 in the rankings all losing the player of the year is wide open with Alan hanging on to top spot by virtue of losing 1 game less than 4 other players including the wife.
