French/Belgian game known as Billard (Billiard) Golf or Bumper Pool.
Confused with Billard Russe (French Bar Billiards) sometimes.
Played it in my younger days and did not find it particularly interesting.
The pegs are screwed into the table and have rubber on them so that the ball bounces off. The idea is players start from in front of their 'home' goal and have to get all their balls down the 'away' goal before their opponent does the same to them.

Played it in my younger days Sav It has been around a long time then ! Seriously, the arcade Pinball machine design drew both from Bagatelle (for the cups) and from this game of Bumper Pool (for the bumpers).
