Tommo, You do a wonderfull job in updating both Leagues & the websites but could you please give people a chance to post the results of the matches before you update the tables. I understand that not all teams post the results but some of us do.
Thanks. Ian.

Bravos 2 HHUSC B 3
Richard Spurrier 2920 Steve King 4200 Adam Bateup 2260 Darrell Skinner 1410 Nikki Bateup 1740 Chris Kirkham 1840 Ron Sheridan 1750 IanG 1580 Dave Swinbank 640 Paul Jobbins 5560
strange in 3rd & 4th games both won by a last red ball in the 200, Chris with a fluke of the back cushion & Ron going for it to win but he did wobble the black peg.
Good evening with the Bravos pub very nice & table in good position. Thanks to Paul for playing in place of John Lear, get well soon John.

Ian seeing as your the only one who as posted I think it's fair to say people don't bother so what tommo has done is fair for others to look at aswell or otherwise I would probably be waiting till next Tuesday to see the last result go up

could you please give people a chance to post the results of the matches before you update the tables. I've not updated any tables, Ian, all I've done is provided results information supplied by Roy. This should not interfere with any posting of match reports - some are put on beforehand and some afterwards, the posters' choice. I concentrate on Mid Sussex Thurs/Fri, Billingshurst Fri/Sat and Horsham Sat/Sun as regards updating the websites which is done at my own expense. I am dependent on my co-administrators (Roy, JT and yourself) to supply the weeks' info within these timeframes and on the whole this seems to work reasonably well. I am not going to delay putting up stuff on the off chance that something else may still be on the way as I have a life too.

Being far away it is nice to see results. Surely this does not affect match reports which I also like to read.

By tables I meant the top post, all I'm saying is when I log in to post the result the day after the match it has already been done for me in the morning I am not being nasty in saying this & I have mentioned it before.
I appreciate that you need the info for the website and have already said not everybody bothers to post on a regular basis so what you do is a good thing but maybe a bit quick off the mark. I don't sign in in the evening of the match and as you know am on the road in the day time so Thursday evening is the earliest I can put up a result.

Ian, In my time on the forum I seem to have found many and varied ways of winding people up, very few of them deliberate, but I can honestly say that never before have I known anyone cop for criticism for being too quick off the mark. I think most people would appreciate an efficient news feed rather than having to wait around and having to log in and out repeatedly to see if a result is up. Have a Poll on it if you like, but otherwise can we stop this please ?
