Bravos move to The Weald for the second half

A happy new year to you all and all the very best for the second half of the season.
Bravos have left the Brewers Arms and from this time forth will play their home matches out of the Weald. The team name will simply be 'Bravos'

The 14th Jan will see the first bar billiards to be played at the Weald for 30 years........

They had a Premier Div team (in those days there were 3 divisions) led by a champion landlord and the records show that the last season they played was 1982/83.

I remember the pub as being really bright and gaudy, a typical Charringtons pub (the 'older generation' will know what I mean).

All the best to Los Bravos in their new setting for 2015 and beyond.

Called to MSBB colours for earlier this PM. Weald was easy to find - good parking - carpet, central heating, soft chairs, no telly, BB table at end of the room,
mug of coffee £1-25, fresh sandwiches and chips, all good. As expected, excellent karma with mostly H&D / MSBB B team-mates. All in all, a nice evening of BB.
