FIVE "A" teams in the bottom half of the draw, with Reading A the only one in the top half!! (Well I suppose you can count Portsmouth as an "A" team, so that would make two. ) (And Eynsham are an "A" team, so that makes SIX in the bottom half!) I wish I hadn't started this post now!!!!!!!!!!!

2nd round - 2nd leg
Witney A 4 Eynsham 1
Bill Keenan 8450 - 1510 Colin WInstone Jon Bamsey 9170 - 8540 Geoff Powell Terry Cook 2210 - 6690 Ian Moss Tony Willis 8780 - 3730 Lewis Stratford Roger Bowen 5810 - 3830 Maxi McDonnell
Overall Witney A 7 Eynsham 3
Games were all a bit pedestrian apart from game two when Geoff went off with 8420 and Jon came back brilliantly in limited time with 9170 leaving Geoff to finish off the last couple of balls. An excellent game by both!
Landlord cooked us fish and chips with mushy peas and tartar sauce for supper - lovely!
Witney to play winner of Oxford A or Wallingford A in round three and Eynsham play the loser in the second round of Supplementary Shield.

Hi Tony,
I know, bit of a shock, just hoping that Wycombe 'B' can do it now on Sunday and make it an all Wycombe Final, that must be a first?
Did you get the score sheets, I emailed them over yesterday?
Dawn :)
