The following Semi Final games need to be played by a "Play By" date. The reasons for this are: 1. There are only 2 Thursdays left for competitions and certain individuals are in 3 or 4 semi finals. 2. The 2 Gracie Jay plate semi's and 2 other outstanding games are being played on the remaining 2 competition Thursdays.

Four games at didcot con club ? They are "Play By's" so extremely unlikely to be played on the same night!

It was decided at the last committee meeting that if a player plays a table in a different league then he/she will not play there in competitions (apart from team comps).

Good job Beefy only plays in one other league because if he played for Vikings in the Witney, Didcot CC in the Wallingford, Berinsfield in the Reading, Masons in the Wycombe, Glad's in the Portsmouth, Demo's in the Surrey & Marlborough in the Northants he wouldn't be able to enter any competitions in the Oxford League!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really not to pipe Alan Lowe up or slam down on Phil but they played a singles comp on the glads table the other week and Phil playes glads in the Wallingford league not taking away the fact Phil played really well

At last - a ruling has been made so how do you plan to police it next, surely disclosure by everyone on the competition entry form is the way to go forward next year !

Never Won Cup arranged for tonight Eddie Tebby V Adam Ingram 8.00pm HCC. Eddie waited for an hour (until 9.00pm) no show, no contact. A wasted trip all the way into Headington and back. What a waste of petrol! Bad show all round.

You would be quite within your rights to claim the game the choice is yours

You would be quite within your rights to claim the game the choice is yours Surly they don't need to claim seeing as it was arranged with the 2 players and Adam has no show waisting eddies time Eddie should automatically be given the game and Adam thrown out the comp

Adam had a Wallingford league match last night which must take priority as a Wallingford league night l can only think the other match slipped his mind .As for Adam not playing the last league matches this is because he had not renewed his membership of the club and as we are subsided by the club was unable to play home matches ,in making a decision about this match please take into account his youth and that it is a semi final it may be the only chance of ever getting to play in a individual finals night match .

The final Wallingford league match was last Monday Arthur, unless there was an outstanding game to be played.

I trust you aren't implying that I'm trying to throw Adam under the bus?

Craig in the OTS final with an aggregate win at Didcot CC, I was just under 1k up after the first leg but Craig had a very good 4770 opening break in the second (nearly dropping it too behind the black!).
Very well played mate and good luck!
