Results Card for Hastings 3 v 4 Redhill
Sandy Harmer 2810 v 6220 Colin Robbins Mick Osborne 1790 v 2040 Geoff Jukes Colin Southouse 4410 v 1410 Terry Oakley Dave White 260 v 6060 Richard Plaw Phil Osborne 5400 v 3580 Dave Constable
Dave/Mick 1920 v 2430 Richard/Geoff Colin/Phil 7710 v 3940 Dave/Colin
The result could easily have gone the other way tonight, with plenty of chances for both sides, but Hastings were slightly under strength and hence the scoreline, some steady play from Colin and Richard for the visitors proved decisive

Result Card for Hastings 3 V 4 Medway Dave White** 3240 v 11520 Curt DriverPhil Osborne 0 v 18,580 Mark Brewster**Colin Southouse 1710 v 8550 Steve Daw**Sandy Harmer** 7990 v 2220 Mark Foster Bob Osborne 1110 v 9860 Gerry Fitzjohn**Phil/Dave 9330 v 2440 Curt/Steve** Colin/Sandy** 8190 v 200 Gerry/Mark B Well done Medway a convincing win tonight Dave was off early leaving Curt to make 2 breaks for the game Phil was too far behind after Marks 8k opener followed straight away by a quick 10k Colin Spent all his chances failing to get the break back against Steve Sandy arrived just in time for the 4th Game and played well to give the home team a sniff at saving the match but Gerry opened nicely and continued in the same vein, leaving Bob to unsuccessfully chase an opportunity to get the break With the game lost the pressure was off and the balls seemed to be on our side. Plenty of fun and frolics particularly in the last game with Gerry successfully targeting the black near the end followed by Colins woefully short response (some said it was deliberate) This brings an end to the Kent interleague this year, we are looking forward to Next year already
