We realised we had a potential 5 - 0 as soon as the draw was made - a sharp contrast to the draws we had early in the season. Roger made a 400 shot early in the game, but I was able to get the break back soon after. Mid game breaks of 6k (Doug), 6k (Nick) and 5k (Neil) put them out of reach, although Neil's touch up shot went a bit close to the peg  Tony and Peter had a battle of the pegs, but in the end it was Peter who lost the most, while Tony held on to the advantage of his opening break. Thanks to St Francis for being good sports - they might have expected to pick up some points with a more favourable draw. Busy pub: with Arsenal and Chelsea games both being shown. Thanks to the Brewers for a lovely curry, rice and naans. |

malcolm beat Adrian Adrian losing a 1900 score
Mark lost to Richard
Aneet lost to Adam
Gavin beat Lyn Lyn pegging a winning score at the end after the red ball had gone.
