Interesting one this... I informed Dave Ingram that I would not be able to play at the this weekend this year. Would be absent from the Masters, and also unable to play in the Open for the first time in years. I did not send an open entry form in... If I did I would have entered as an Albion player, so this spurious entry must have come from a Surrey form ??? I'm sorry but I won't be around this weekend. Geoff.

Hi Geoff
You asked me to enter you and you paid me. You were one of the first to enter. It was either the redhill invitation or the dress up day.
I had not heard anything until now about you being unavailable.

Oooops, sorry Jean. I remember now. I am hopelessly double or even treble booked this weekend. I can't be there... put the tenner in the charity box... Geoff.

A great day, well run. Congratulations to the main achievers, all worthy with some awesome play. Spare a thought for Chunky: first he beats Milko, then beats K.T.....next up is the World Champion, and Kev goes 10k up in the first leg only to be chased down by Paul with a chanceless 12.5k.
Good to see a quartet of local players in the last sixteen: along with Stu Carruthers (last 8) there was Gareth Lloyd, Sammy Jones and Paul Jobbins. (Dick Cable and Andy Farmer-Wright in the Plate Quarters too.) Well done all.
