Hi Everybody
Here are the latest results tables and top ten, together with the latest Individual Performances for both divisions
With two matches in hand, at home to Springbok Club and away to Alfold SC (3CP's), Roffey Cricket Club only need a 1/2 Point to win the league If they do the White Hart will be Division 1 Runner's Up, The Three Bees are relegated to be replaced by the Blue Ship who won Division 2
The Second Division Runner's Up is still undecided with only 4 points separating four teams. The Mighty A Team are currently second, but 2 points for Springbok Club would snatch the prize, Also Stout House F have a chance if they beat Alfold SC (3CP's) 5 - 0
For the Division 1 Best Performance Rick Dewdney has 18 wins, Average Score 7,340, and Mick fairs has 16 Wins Average Score 5,972 with two games in hand. Mick has to win both games and score about 41,000 points to claim the trophy, Could be difficult
For the Division 2 Best Performance Gary Marshall has won the prize with 18 wins, with Garry Fishburn second with 16 wins
Best wishes
JT

Roffey SSC 1 Roffey clicket club 4 Moose 500 Jim 13,450 Close game this one with nothing in it until the last 19 minutes Sniffer 8,290 John 2,990 Good game, John paying for one mistake only. Clacky 1,430 Micky 12,750 Another close game, I appreciate Micky letting me have a couple of minutes table time Twiggy 2,340 Junkers 3,610 Great game with everything you want to see in a game of billiards...... Dicky 0 Vern 10,990 Another close game, would have been closer if Dicky had'nt throw in the towel.
Good natured (well some of it) banter.
Congrats to to the clicket club, worthy champions.

Congrats to to the clicket club, worthy champions. Thats a bit premature of you Clacky (not for the first time, no doubt !) as by my calculations this result drops Roffey CC to second place ! A b*gger for them having to play one or both of the postponed games ! Personal Best for Mr Balchin ?

Ok Clive, I suppose stranger things have happened....Brexit....Boris as Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs....Trump....Brighton promotion....Arsenal collapse, Oh that happens every year. Dont start me off about David Moyes or you may get a slap..... Yes I have suffered from 'permature' in my youth. However it's all over until....now I have to find a fat lady....anyway until she sings.

Alfold SC 2 Springbok Club 3
Sam 1680 Robin 3120 A nervy start from Robin and Sam, which saw Robin just nose in front. Sam had a lot of bad luck which eventually took its toll and secured the first point for Springbok.
Major 1250 Trevor 1440 This was a thriller!!!!! Neither I or the Major could make anything with the break, in fact after I missed it first off neither of us ever got it. I was extremely lucky at the end knocking over both the white and black pegs in the same visit, fortunately the black went down last.
Garry 6720 Bill 1860 Bil flew out of the blocks and had the measure of the break from the start, however, Garry also was pretty slick and he smashed in a couple of decent breaks to take the point.
Dave 3790 Gary 4620 An extremely close game of two very different half's. Gary took the first half with 4+K, Dave stepped in with a 3610 in the second half, but the bar dropped, preventing him from snatching the game from Gary.
Kelly 1480 Mike 1130 A very even game that saw both players making errors. The lead went from one to another, but Kelly stuck her head down at the end to make it over the line first.
Lovely evening topped of with love;y rolls and jacket spuds with cheese.
